WhaT OTHERS SAY. . .

We at Starside have worked with Shari Wilson for many years and she has been a great resource and guide on our environmental journey. Shari is the most knowledgeable person I know about opportunities and grants available to meet environmental goals. She knows what is happening in our area and the nation in environmental education. Shari is a true friend to our school and a great leader in this movement."

- Paula Henderson, School Counselor at Starside Elementary School, DeSoto, Kansas
Shari Wilson was instrumental in helping Prairie Moon Waldorf School establish its Okanis Market Garden in 2008/2009. She offered guidance that led to the school receiving grants for improving water conservation, building a rain-harvesting system and for creating an innovative environmental education curriculum that reflects our region and era. Her support and enthusiasm for our ambitions and efforts led to Prairie Moon Waldorf School becoming one of the first to be designated a Kansas Green School by the Kansas Association for Conservation and Environmental Education, and a Kansas Green School of the Year in 2011."

- Rick Mitchell, President, Waldorf Association of Lawrence/Prairie Moon Waldorf School
Shari Wilson is an energetic professional who effectively manages challenging environmental education projects. I am impressed with her creative strategies for tackling a project, ability to communicate with a diversity of clients, her ability to acquire funding, and how she establishes collaborative partnerships. Shari produces the highest quality product possible."

- Dr. Cynthia S. Ford, Professor of Biology, Pittsburg State University and Past President of the Kansas Association for Conservation and Environmental Education (KACEE)
I had the great fortune to work with Shari on a grant project related to school gardens. I was impressed with her enthusiasm for the work and her desire to include a wide range of schools in the project. She shared her knowledge and contacts to make informed connections and raise the profile - and success - of everyone's work. Her passion is contagious!"
